No contract shall be deemed to have been formed between us and you in respect of any products, unless your order is expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been taken from your account, then it will be refunded in full free of charge.
To place an order you will be asked to follow the purchase process and press the “COMPLETE” button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Receipt of the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.
5 | AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All product orders are subject to availability. In case of supply difficulties or the products being out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you, either by telephone at the number you have indicated or by email, about similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund any amount you may have paid in full free of charge.
6 | REJECTION OF ORDER

7 | DELIVERY – NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Subject to condition 5 above regarding product availability and subject to exceptional circumstances, we will use our best endeavors to complete your order for the product(s) listed on the Order Confirmation by delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time period shown when you choose a payment method, and in any event no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is carried out through the carrier partnered with us and their shipping time in Greece or including is between three and five (3-5) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
However, delays may occur in cases such as , depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will notify you and offer you the option of either continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date from us, or canceling the order with a full refund free of charge.
For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has obtained physical possession or control of the products, the which will be evidenced by the signature of the proof of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, they will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you will need to do to collect it and will also contact you by phone. If, after 10 days have passed since your order is available for delivery, that order has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract will be deemed to have expired . As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will return to you free of charge any payment received from you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the date on which the Contract has ended.
In case of loss of your order due to an error by the carrier, we will inform you about this and we will take care, if you still wish to complete the order, to replace and resend the same products to you, otherwise we will return to you free of charge any payment we received from you.
8 | PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS
The price of each product is that set at all times on koukoutsi.eu, except in cases of obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the corrected correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as canceled and refund you in full any amount you have paid.
We are not obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), where the error in price is obvious and undisputed and can reasonably be recognized by you as an incorrect price.
The prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs, in the event that you are charged for Shipping Costs.
Based on our company’s policy, the shipping costs for your purchases within the Greek territory over fifty euros (200€) are free for you, while for purchases under 2kg you are charged the amount of three euros and ninety cents (€3.90).
The shipping costs for your purchases within the Austrian territory over fifty euros (200€) are free for you, while for purchases under 2kg you are charged the amount of four euros and twenty cents (€4.20).

Payment can be made by cash on delivery, with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Credit cards are subject to validity and approval checks by your card issuer.
